Job Details

• Promote and maintain health and safety in a print-related working environment
• Understanding the print industry
• Knowledge and understanding of Offset Printing and all related information
• Set and run machinery within the Offset print industry
• Make lithographic printing plates, coating cyrels and learn how to mix inks
• Carry out QA tests and be able to monitor and maintain Quality
• Set, run & full understanding of print department logistical system
• Contribute to improving the effectiveness of the print department
• Plan work to meet production requirements
• Carry out print related maintenance tasks
• Involved in project work designed to improve Health & Safety, Quality & efficiency within the department.

There is a possibility of a full time role upon completion of the apprenticeship, to be determined at the time.
