BPIF Cartons Foundation Training Course on Boardmaking will be held at Holmen Board and Paper Workington on Tuesday 7th October and Wednesday 8th October 2025.
This course is open to BPIF Cartons Converter members and starts at 13:00 on Tuesday 7th October and finishes at midday on Wednesday 8th October.
This event will allow you to see how Cartonboard is made and includes a visit to a local forest and then a mill tour including boardmaking and finishing. Workington is the only UK folding boxboard mill so be sure to book your place quickly as there is always high demand and we are limited to 12 places!
Whilst there is no cost for the course, guest’s will need to pay for their own overnight accommodation.
