We’re delighted to invite businesses and organisations to sponsor the BPIF Training Graduation & Apprenticeship Awards 2025 – our flagship event celebrating the achievements of exceptional apprentices, graduates and employers across the printing and graphic communications industry.

This year’s awards take place on Friday 14 November 2025 at The Slate, Warwick University under the theme “Celebrating Skills. Shaping Futures.”

Sponsorship Packages

We offer a range of packages to suit different budgets and objectives:

Headline Sponsor – £4,000

Maximum visibility across all event materials, on-stage acknowledgements, branding on screen during presentations, a full-page programme advert, and the opportunity to present the prestigious Apprentice of the Year award. Includes two complimentary tickets.

Category Award Sponsor – £1,000 (£750 for small businesses/charities)

Sponsor a specific award category such as Industry Excellence Award or Outstanding Apprenticeship Employer. Your name will be announced and displayed whenever your award is presented, and you’ll have the opportunity to present it on stage to the winner. Includes two complimentary tickets.

Supporter Sponsor – £500

Show your support for the sector with your logo featured in the Graduation Programme, on the BPIF Training website, and on social media. Your branding will also appear on a shared Supporter slide during the event.

In-Kind Sponsorship

Provide products or services to enhance the event – such as gift bag contents, printing, or photography – and receive benefits matched to a Supporter or Category Sponsor level depending on your contribution.
