BPIF EMAIL DOMAIN ISSUE
We are currently experiencing an IT issue which means our main email domain is not working. Our domain provider have assured us that this is a technical fault with DNS records and not a cyber issue.
This means we are unable to receive external emails, if you have sent an email to a BPIF contact @bpif.org.uk from Thursday 10th April, your email would not have been received. The problem is limited to our email service, all other systems, including Smart Assessor and our website, are working as normal.
What you need to do:
Please now use this temporary email address for all communication:

This inbox is being actively monitored, and messages will be directed to the appropriate team member or tutor. If you’ve sent an important email since Thursday, please resend it to this address to ensure we receive it.
For Employers:
Please also share this message with any apprentices or colleagues who may be trying to reach us. If learners have tried to contact their tutor, they can email [email protected] or send a message via Smart Assessor, which remains fully operational.
For Learners:
If you’ve emailed your tutor recently, please resend your message to the address above or contact them directly through Smart Assessor.
We’ll let you know once the issue is fully resolved. In the meantime, please continue to use [email protected] for all communication.
