AGENDA FOR THE DAY

We’ve planned a special programme to celebrate your achievements and ensure the day is memorable for you, your guests, and everyone joining us.

  1. Welcome drinks and networking

    Arrive and enjoy a welcome drink while connecting with fellow graduates, guests, and industry colleagues.

  2. Opening remarks and keynote

    Hear from our speakers as we reflect on your apprenticeship journey and the impact of skills within the print and packaging sector.

  3. Graduation ceremony

    Formal recognition of our Senior Leader and Operations Manager apprentices as they receive their awards on stage.

  4. Lunch

    A chance to celebrate with your guests and mingle with peers over lunch.

  5. Awards ceremony

    Presentation of our Apprentice, Employer, and Trainer Awards, recognising outstanding contributions across the sector.

  6. Closing remarks & networking

    Final words and further opportunity to network and celebrate before departure.

BOOKING YOUR PLACE

For Graduates

All graduates should already have received an invitation, but if you missed the link, here are the details you need:

Please confirm your attendance by completing our online booking form no later than 30 September 2025.

The form allows you to:

  • Register your attendance and your guest(s)
  • Provide details of any dietary requirements or access arrangements so we can ensure the best possible experience for everyone

Guest policy:

  • Each graduate is welcome to bring one guest free of charge
  • Additional guests are welcome at £25 + VAT per person
  • For additional guests, you’ll be asked to provide their email address so we can send a secure payment link (payment must be made no later than two weeks before the ceremony)

If you or your guests have any accessibility needs or food intolerances, please include these clearly on the booking form so we can support you on the day.

For Graduate Employers

All employers should already have received an invitation, but if you missed the link, here are the details you need:

  • Each employer is entitled to one complimentary place at the ceremony
  • Additional guests are welcome at £25 + VAT per person
  • For additional guests, please provide their email address so we can send a secure payment link (payment must be made no later than two weeks before the ceremony)

If you or your guests have any accessibility needs or dietary requirements, please include these clearly on the booking form so we can make the day as smooth as possible.

ROBE HIRE

Wearing academic dress is an important part of the graduation ceremony, and all graduates are required to hire a gown in advance. There will be no spare outfits available on the day, so please order in good time.

DRESS CODE & PHOTOGRAPHY

Smart attire is recommended for both graduates and guests, as this is a formal celebration of your achievement. Business wear or smart outfits are ideal, and professional photographs will be taken throughout the day.

Photography services will be available on-site, including:

  • Individual portraits: Each graduate will have their photograph taken in their gown, providing a lasting reminder of the day.
  • Group photographs: Join fellow graduates, tutors, and employers for group photos to celebrate your shared achievements.
  • Ceremony photography: Our photographers will capture the graduation and awards presentations, ensuring you have professional images of the key moments.
You’ll be able to access your photographs after the event; ordering details will be shared on the day.

VENUE & TRAVEL INFORMATION

Location: University of Warwick, Scarman, Scarman Road, Coventry, CV4 7SH

Travelling by Car

  • From the M6: exit at Junction 4 and follow the A45 towards Coventry.
  • From the M40: exit at Junction 15 and follow the A46 northbound towards Coventry.
  • Once on campus, follow signs for Scarman Conference Centre.
  • Parking attendants will be on hand to direct you.

Travelling by Rail

  • Nearest station: Coventry Railway Station (approx. 4 miles).
  • Taxis are available outside the station (approx. 15 minutes to Scarman).
  • Regular bus routes 11 and 12X connect Coventry Station to the University of Warwick campus.

Parking Information

Free parking is available for all graduates and guests. Spaces are available at Scarman, Radcliffe, or Kirby Corner Car Park.

We recommend registering your vehicle in advance to speed up arrival.
