Celebrating Our New Apprenticeship Champions

April 16, 2025

We’re thrilled to announce the first wave of companies who have joined the Apprenticeship Champions Network (ACN) – a growing collective of passionate industry voices working together to shape the future of print through apprenticeships.

Set up by BPIF Training, the ACN exists to raise awareness of apprenticeship opportunities, build stronger industry connections, and improve access to training across the sector. These new Champions are stepping up to share their experiences, champion new talent, and inspire the next generation of print professionals.

What makes the ACN so powerful is the diversity and dedication of its members. Each company brings a unique perspective – whether they’re seasoned apprenticeship providers or just beginning their journey. They’ve shared their stories, the benefits apprenticeships have brought to their businesses and their ambitions for driving positive change across the print industry.

By joining the ACN, members gain the chance to:

  • Attend industry events and roundtables
  • Inspire young people to consider careers in print
  • Be recognised as leaders in developing future talent
  • Help shape training to meet the needs of a changing sector

It’s not just about being seen – it’s about being heard. Members will have a voice in how apprenticeships evolve and how we, as an industry, can better support and nurture talent.

We’ll be featuring each Champion in more detail over the coming weeks, highlighting their reasons for joining and what they hope to achieve. Keep an eye out – you might see your peers, partners or even competitors among them!

We’re excited to have them on board and look forward to the impact they’ll make!

We’re just getting started, and there’s still time to be part of this exciting movement. If your company is passionate about the future of print and keen to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
