Join us for the day to explore the fundamentals of internal training.
This is a great course for anyone that is responsible for training others or looking to brush up on their wider training skills.
What will you learn?
The day will begin by setting the scene for the context of the workshop and exploring what training looks like in your workplace.
You will then learn more about the some of the fundamentals to consider, including learning styles; emotional intelligence; learner needs and motivation; adult learning concepts; equality & diversity in training; managing change; conflict management.
The workshop will be interactive with breakout sessions and videos throughout the day.
On completion of the course learners will be able to create and develop their own internal training plans.
Cost per delegate is £149 for members and £249 for non-members.
