Introducing BPIF Training’s Wellbeing & Support Drop-In Sessions 🌿

Balancing work, training, and personal life isn’t always easy and at times, it can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re inviting you to join our voluntary wellbeing drop-in sessions designed specifically with apprentices in mind.

These sessions offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to; Talk about common challenges, Learn practical strategies for managing stress and pressure, Connect with others going through similar experiences,  and Access helpful resources and signposting.

Led by a designated Safeguarding Lead, each session includes an introduction to a key wellbeing topic, followed by open discussion and optional interactive activities. We’ll also share tools and support networks you can tap into—both inside and outside the workplace.

What will we talk about?
We’ll cover a mix of topics, such as:

  • Managing stress and avoiding burnout
  • Dealing with workplace conflict
  • Mental health and emotional resilience
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Digital wellbeing and staying balanced online

You’ll gain useful insights, pick up practical tips, and walk away feeling more supported and better equipped to navigate challenges—whether personal, professional, or both.
