Final Call: Senior Leader Apprenticeship – June/July 2025 Cohort
We’re launching one final cohort of the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship in July 2025 — and this may be the last opportunity to take advantage of fully-funded training at this level. As things stand, apprenticeship funding for this programme and all Level 7 Apprenticeships are expected to come to an end by January 2026, so time is limited to make use of this support.
This postgraduate-level qualification is ideal for senior managers, directors, and future leaders who are responsible for setting strategy, leading teams, managing change, and driving results. The programme covers key areas such as strategic leadership, innovation, governance, financial management, and organisational performance — all designed to develop confident, effective senior leaders in today’s business environment.
Delivered by BPIF Training’s own experienced leadership specialists, the course is structured to fit around busy work schedules, combining online learning, workplace application, and one-to-one support.
Thanks to the Apprenticeship Levy and government co-investment, this is a highly cost-effective way to invest in executive development — with no cost to levy-paying employers, and just a small contribution required from non-levy payers.
As things stand, apprenticeship funding for the Senior Leader programme is expected to come to an end by January 2026, which means this may be the last opportunity to take advantage of fully-funded training for senior executives at this level.
Why Choose The Senior Leader Apprenticeship?

- Build confidence in managing finance, resources, people, and innovation
- Develop a strong professional network with peers from across the sector
- Achieve a recognised Level 7 leadership qualification, with the option to gain a Master’s degree through a top-up route
The programme is delivered in a flexible format to fit around full-time work, and is led by experienced leadership and management specialists with sector knowledge. Employers who have enrolled staff in this programme have seen clear benefits — from improved strategic planning to more effective team leadership and increased organisational resilience.
