Intro to Team Leading

Overview

To give employees an overview of what is covered in our Team Leading qualifications, we run a one-day introduction course. The focus for the day is around motivating and encouraging staff, and how to develop personal and business performance.

• Leadership styles
• Motivation
• Teamwork
• The importance of building rapport
• Change management and delegation

Who is the course for? 

Anyone who is wishing to become a team leader/manager or who wants to brush up on experience. They are monitoring or mentoring others, or considering a more in-depth leadership course, but initially once a taster.
