The Stationers’ Company Master Certificate Scheme Awards: applications now open
We’re pleased to share this opportunity from the Stationers’ Company. Following a successful pilot in early 2026, applications are now open for the Stationers’ Company Master Certificate Scheme Awards. The awards were developed by the Livery Companies in partnership with City & Guilds to recognise excellence in vocational education and training, and to promote career progression from Apprentice through to Master level.
The awards recognise people who have not only reached the required standard in training and practice, but have also contributed to their industry and supported those working within it.
Three levels of award
Apprentice Certificate
Candidates will typically be on an apprenticeship programme or equivalent, and must show the desire to progress to Journeyman.
Journeyman Certificate
Typically for those with 4–5 years’ post-training experience, holding an A level or equivalent relevant qualification, with evidence of mentoring and a desire to continue developing towards Master.
Master Certificate
Typically for those with at least 15 years’ relevant experience, active links with current best practice, evidence of mentoring, and an A level or higher relevant qualification.
How to apply
Complete the form and send it to [email protected] by 16 November 2026. Applications for the Apprentice award can be made by the apprentice’s manager or supervisor.
