HOW APPRENTICESHIPS WORK
As an apprentice, you’ll spend most of your time working and developing skills on the job.
Around 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to off-the-job training, which may include:✔ Online learning, assignements and coursework
✔ Training sessions with BPIF Training specialists
✔ Shadowing experienced colleagues
✔ Projects and industry-specific trainingYou’ll also receive regular support and progress reviews from your employer and BPIF Training.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must:
✔ Be 16 or over and not in full-time education
✔ Be living and working in England
✔ Have the right to work in the UK
✔ Be in a role that helps you gain new skills and knowledgeWe offer apprenticeships at different levels, so whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your career, there’s an option for you.
