  • HOW APPRENTICESHIPS WORK

    As an apprentice, you’ll spend most of your time working and developing skills on the job.
    Around 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to off-the-job training, which may include:

    ✔ Online learning, assignements and coursework
    ✔ Training sessions with BPIF Training specialists
    ✔ Shadowing experienced colleagues
    ✔ Projects and industry-specific training

    You’ll also receive regular support and progress reviews from your employer and BPIF Training.

  • Who Can Apply?

    To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you must:

    ✔ Be 16 or over and not in full-time education
    ✔ Be living and working in England
    ✔ Have the right to work in the UK
    ✔  Be in a role that helps you gain new skills and knowledge
