Two months into my role as Executive Chair of BPIF Training, I have been fortunate to spend time getting to know the organisation, meeting employers and stakeholders, and understanding the challenges and opportunities facing the industries we serve. The conversations I’ve had so far have been incredibly insightful, and have highlighted both the value BPIF Training brings and the importance of staying closely connected to the needs of our sector.
What has impressed me most is the passion, professionalism and commitment shown by both our staff and the employers we work with. It is clear that strong partnerships sit at the heart of everything BPIF Training does, and maintaining and strengthening those relationships matters a great deal to me.
As we look to the future, I want to ensure BPIF Training continues to meet the needs of our industry — not just today, but in the years ahead. The best way to achieve that is by listening to the employers, apprentices, partners and stakeholders who engage with us every day. While we are proud of what we achieve together, there is always an opportunity to improve, evolve and better support the businesses we serve.
